SHIPPING CUTOFF TIMES

GROUND SHIPPING: Orders received by 2pm EST are processed the same business day via our ground shipping option. Orders received after 2pm EST are processed following business day. 

 

EXPRESS/PRIORITY ORDERS: Express and Priority orders are processed the every Tuesday if received by 2pm EST. Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following business day.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online.

 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes, we do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses but ONLY with Canada Post service. Please select one of the Canada Post services during checkout. UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

 

Returns

All sales are final. The only exception where exchanges and returns are acceptable is the product was damaged while in transit or manufacturing defects.

Items that are eligible for refund must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will only accept returns for manufacturing defects.

 

Additional non-returnable items: 

- Gift cards 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and pictures of the defects. Please reach out to info@aquietoffice.com FIRST to confirm your eligibility to return.

 

There are certain exceptions where partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) 

- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 

 

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

In the case of items not being available when we’re fulfilling, you will be refunded the full amount within 1 business day of your purchase. You will receive a notification if items are out of stock.
